In order to strike a balance between convenience and protection from competitors knowing how we do things, we built a special access areas of our website.

Technician / Field Access Portal

For individuals out in the field, who may not have a business email account with their company but need quick access to critical information. To access the Field Access web content, scan the QR code on your Marketing Toolkit, or enter the password printed inside after navigating to cascadianwater.com/pages/resellers. This grants access to content optimized for you, without the marketing fluff that is typically found on other pages. You also get access to this Cascadian Dealers Help Center meant for your eyes only. With this access, pricing will still be listed at retail, and you will not be able to purchase product on behalf of your Company Account.

Full B2B Access

After informing Cascadian Water that your email address should be given 'Ordering Only' or 'Location Admin' access to the 'Company Account', Cascadian will be able to assign the permissions for full access. Once assigned, a confirmation email will be sent out.

With access to the full B2B version of cascadianwater.com, you would be able to see accurate preferred pricing details, shipping options, and order history. 

Typically, the buyers and quote builders at Companies will have this level of access.
