We offer multiple convenient ways to place your orders:

  • Online: Log in with your business email at cascadianwater.com for 24/7 access to pricing, availability, and streamlined ordering. This is our preferred method.

  • Email: Send your order in .pdf format to [email protected].

  • Phone: Call us at 509-674-4000 during business hours.

  • Chat: Connect with us via chat on cascadianwater.com.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) ship the same day via UPS Ground from our Washington warehouse.

  • Payment: Standard terms are prepaid via credit card.

  • Drop Shipping: Drop shipping is available for your convenience.

The Brass Tacks of Buying

Here’s a detailed breakdown of the buying process:

1. Shopping/Browsing:

  • Our complete product catalog is available online at cascadianwater.com.

  • We offer a streamlined dealer experience with a dedicated view when logged in with your business email. This provides quick access to essential information directly on the homepage.

  • No physical catalog is available.

2. Placing Orders:

  • Our online ordering system is designed for ease of use. You can add PO numbers during checkout. .pdf POs are no longer required as pricing is clearly displayed in the shopping cart.

  • While online ordering is preferred, we also accept orders via email at [email protected] or by phone.

3. Order Management:

  • Access your complete order history at account.cascadianwater.com. This allows you to review past orders and track current ones.

  • The individual who places the order (using their login email) will receive all order-related notifications, including confirmation, fulfillment, shipping updates (shipped, out for delivery, and delivered).

4. Managing Your Company’s Account:

  • User Roles & Permissions: We offer different user roles to manage access within your company:

  • Browser: Can only browse the catalog.

  • Order Placer: Can browse and place orders, but only sees their own orders.

  • Location Admin: Can place orders for their location, view all orders for that location (regardless of who placed them), and manage billing and shipping addresses for the location.

  • Main Contact: Receives payment reminders and is the primary contact for payment-related communications. This role is crucial for managing payments.

  • Adding Users: Contact Cascadian to add or remove users and change user roles & permissions.

  • Managing Multiple Locations: For dealers with multiple locations, individuals can be assigned to specific locations, restricting their ordering and order viewing access to that location only.

5. Invoicing:

  • Invoices are emailed to the individual who placed the order and can be cc'd to up to three additional accounts payable contacts.

  • Invoices are sent after order fulfillment and include a link to download a .pdf copy.

  • For companies with strict email security policies, we can send invoices as email attachments directly. Please let us know if this is required.
