We like to make water as well as business Pure & Simple. To this end, we've moved to completely digital communications. We no longer accept fax.
Regarding order status - whoever places the order will receive order confirmation, shipping statuses, etc. via email or text message if they choose
Invoices for those on net terms will be sent via email with a download link. Multiple emails can be setup to receive these invoices if the Cascadian Team is told about the alternative email addresses. we do not send paper invoices via post.
