Overview
Cascadian offers in-person training sessions for plumbing teams ranging from small crews of 4 to large groups of 50. These trainings are designed to give both office and field staff hands-on knowledge of Cascadian systems, tools, and processes—so your team can confidently sell, install, and support our products.


Office Staff Training

Office and administrative teams will learn how to manage and support Cascadian sales and operations, including:

  • How to sign up for B2B access on cascadianwater.com

  • How to find prices and product availability

  • How to track orders and shipments

  • How to pay invoices

  • How to place orders (personal vs. business orders, sending invoices, or phoning in orders)

  • Review of Cascadian’s terms of sale, including:

    • Orders ship same day if placed before 12 PM Pacific

    • No credit terms until accounts are established

    • Low, reliable shipping rates

By the end of the office session, your staff will understand how to efficiently manage customer orders, pricing, and account logistics through the Cascadian B2B system.


Field Technician Training

Field techs and installers will receive hands-on guidance covering:

  • How to sell using the Cascadian Toolkit

  • How to install ICS products correctly and safely

  • The full ICS product line overview and the benefits of Cascadian’s Pure & Simple™ approach

  • How to address common homeowner questions and objections (such as descaling plumbing or spotting from water minerals)

  • What to do if a customer already has existing water treatment equipment

  • How to recommend the right products, or how to have Cascadian recommend a solution

  • How to collect and submit water samples for analysis

This session gives technicians confidence in both installation and customer communication—helping them turn every install into a long-term customer relationship.


Swag and Marketing Materials

Every participant receives Cascadian-branded swag as a thank-you for attending.
After training, Cascadian will also begin ordering Marketing Toolkits and promotional materials for your team to use in the field.
