Cascadian’s Marketing Toolkit is designed to help plumbers and dealers easily share our systems with their customers. Each kit includes brochures, business card holders, and water test materials.

1. Log into your Dealer Account at cascadianwater.com.

2. Go to Dealer Products → Marketing Toolkit .

3. Enter your shipping address.

4. Our team will confirm your request and ship toolkits within 7–10 business days.

Who Qualifies
Active dealers who have completed onboarding or purchased a Cascadian system within the last 6 months.

Pro Tip
Keep your kit stocked — having test kits and brochures ready makes it easier to earn commissions on filter refills and system upgrades.

How to Order Co-Branded Brochures

Overview
Co-branded brochures are a great way to show customers that you’re an official Cascadian Dealer while keeping your own logo front and center.

How to Order

1. Visit Dealer Products → Co-Branded Materials.

2. If you havent already please Upload your company logo (preferably in PNG, SVG, or PDF format).

3. Select the brochure style (ICS Residential or Well Water).

4. Choose your quantity (packs of 25, 50, or 100).

5. Check out with your brochures and enter valid shipping address 

Turnaround Time
Once you approve your proof, brochures typically ship within 7–10 business days.

How To Earn Cascadian Swag

1. Complete Dealer Onboarding – receive your first swag item when your listing goes live.

2. Attend a Training Session – get points toward bonus swag (like branded apparel).

3. Refer Another Dealer – earn a bonus credit when your referral completes onboarding.

4. Share Your Install – tag @CascadianWater on social media with a photo of your install or truck for a chance to win monthly giveaways.

Redeeming Swag

• Swag items can be claimed through the Dealer Rewards Portal or during special promotions announced by email.

• Points or credits may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
