Low or No Water Flow After Installing an ICS System

Overview
All new Cascadian ICS systems are shipped with a protective plastic wrap around each filter cartridge. If the wrap isn’t removed before installation, it can severely restrict or completely stop water flow through the system.

How to Fix

1. Turn off the water and relieve system pressure.

2. Remove the filter cartridges from their housings.

3. Take off all protective plastic wrap from each cartridge.

4. Reinstall the cartridges and hand-tighten the housings.

5. Restore water flow and check for normal operation.
