Can I Use Pipe Dope?
Pipe dope is a paste-like substance that is often used to seal fittings in general, however, it is NOT RECOMMENDED for use with Cascadian Water's ICS products. Pipe dope will soften the plastic threads of the Inlet and Outlet Fittings.
How Do I Find Flow Direction For My System?
Determining which way water flows in your home and installing your Cascadian Water filter is a key task during installation. Cascadian Water filters are reversible, as in that they can have flow left-to-right or right-to-left, just as you need them.
