Cascadian WSK ProcessUpdated 3 months ago
Step 1: Purchase Your WSKs
Order WSKs directly through your B2B dealer account at cascadianwater.com.
Each kit includes all the materials needed for simple, professional water testing.
Step 2: Receive Your Package
Each Water Sample Kit contains:
A labeled sample bottle
A prepaid return box
An information sheet with clear collection and submission instructions
Testing your customers water quality leads to less call backs and accurate water treatment, that means better reviews for you!
Step 3: Complete the Information Sheet
Testing your customers water quality leads to less call backs and accurate water treatment, that means better reviews for you!
Before collecting the sample, review the included instruction sheet carefully.
You’ll record important details about:
The property and homeowner
The water collection location (kitchen tap, wellhead, etc.)
Any homeowner concerns or complaints (taste, odor, staining, etc.)
This information helps Cascadian tailor system recommendations to each home.
Step 4: Optional – City Water Lookup
If the property is on city or municipal water, you can request a Water Quality Lookup by Address.
This optional step gives you a head start and provides a good reason to collect the customer’s address during your visit.
Step 5: Collect and Mail the Sample
Collect the water sample following the instructions on the sheet.
Seal the bottle securely and place it in the return box.
Drop it in the mail using the prepaid return label.
Cascadian automatically tracks shipments, so we’ll know when your sample is on its way—no separate activation is required.
Step 6: Return Label Expiration
If the return label expires before the sample is sent, you’ll receive an email notification.
You can still return the sample by covering your own postage.
Step 7: Testing and Results
Once your sample arrives at Cascadian:
Our lab team tests the water for key parameters.
All data and field notes are reviewed by our technical team.
A personalized system recommendation is emailed directly to the technician or dealer who submitted the sample.
Step 8: Recommend the Right Solution
Use Cascadian’s results and notes to confidently recommend the correct system—or request a follow-up consultation if additional insight is needed.
Dealer’s Journey
Purchase WSK(s)
Receive package with wsk(s)
Each WSK contains: labelled bottle, return box, info sheet
Plumber reads the instruction sheet, noting down required fields about the house, the homeowner, water collection event, and homeowner’s complaints
Optional: Request a water quality lookup by address if on city water, would provide a reason for the plumber to share customer’s address
Plumber collects sample, places in post (should we know if they’ve submitted the sample? Like how simple lab has ‘activation’? We would know this anyways by the tracking status from the tracking lookup)
Return label expiration notification to email, ask what they’d like to do, instruct that they can pay their own postage
Cascadian tests the water, considers all information given and emails the technician the recommendation
